My days are spent building a talent pool for our clients — which starts with getting to know their business. To best qualify candidates, I need a thorough understanding of the company, the job’s requirements, as well as the organization’s culture to ensure I find a candidate that is the best fit. I like to think my sense of humor, creative spirit and resourcefulness not only make me more successful, but also makes things more fun and less stressful for those around me. They can count on me being loyal, honest and thoughtful at all times.

Being a recruiter is kind of like being a detective. You have to pay attention to the details and really listen to what people are saying to make sure you’re on the right path. With my experience as a sales and marketing manager, I truly enjoy the relational aspect of both the business development and recruiting roles and using that insight to find a great team member/company career match. I love to learn about a client’s needs and culture so she can find them a great candidate. And I love when I can connect a great candidate to a new career opportunity. To have the chance to help a business or individual grow is an honor.
