Meet Brooke Bolton Hall
Brooke Bolton Hall joined Accent as a National Recruiter in 2010. In 2013, Brooke was promoted to Manager where she leads recruiting and client development efforts as well as develops and trains the National Recruiters at Accent. Prior to joining Accent, Brooke was a Government and Education Account Executive for ESI, a Xerox company. She holds a BA in American Government from the University of Virginia.
“I found my dream job when I landed a National Recruiter role with Accent! On a daily basis, I am able to return the favor to both our candidates and clients. There is nothing better than knowing you helped an employer find their perfect employee. In my current role as Manager of Accent, I still get to help our candidates and clients but I get to lead our talented team to new heights!”
We sat down recently to chat more with Brooke and here’s what we learned:
What accomplishment are you most proud of?
“Over the past 6+ years, I have amassed a strong base of National Accounts I manage that provide Accent with numerous positions to recruit for across the US year over year.”
What part of your job would you gladly give up?
“I never like to tell a candidate they were not chosen for a position and honestly it never gets easy!”
What do you do to relax/unwind? And What would we be surprised to learn about you?
“I started taking tap and jazz classes with my dance teacher from my childhood. I danced for 20 years and started back three years ago. I have learned I still have the skills but my body is not quite as nimble!”
What is your favorite thing about Richmond?
“My husband and I really enjoy the music and restaurant scene that RVA offers!”
