We are delighted to partner with a local specialized customer service company that is currently seeking a full-time lead field technician to join their team. They are seeking individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Daily use of problem solving skills, cost control and customer service are essential
  • General Construction, Mechanical, Electrical background is preferred, but not required
  • Detail-oriented with documentation to submit for compliance
  • Min of 3 years experience in residential improvements and/or maintenance
  • Min of 1 year in customer-facing service position
  • 40 hours/week with occasional weekend projects
  • Projects mainly in Richmond area – rare occasions jobs may require travel to Maryland
  • Training and position certification provided by company
